The 2nd Annual ‘Pignic’ by the Boston based homebrew club the Wort Processors was a great success. The pig itself was 150 lbs and was put on the pit Friday morning. We ended up eating around 1:00 or so on Saturday. There was plenty of homebrew on hand and thanks to Lenny of the South Shore Brew Club the Wort’s jockey box was recovered for use. I think we had about 6-7 corny kegs of homebrew, plus all the bottles of both homebrew and stashed away treasure that different members brought. Francois brought some evil French port that kept me up for some time on Friday night, along with some babbling banter with Lenny.
