I like to homebrew beer. I started doing it with a friend while in college, but of course then we were more interested in the alcohol content and the novelty of the whole thing. As time progressed, I became more interested and now I’ve taken the step of doing all-grain brewing. The all grain process takes longer, but it does add an additional level of control over the final outcome of the beer.
